
Siwek Lumber, the Jordan, Minnesota-based prodealer, announced that Jason Pranghofer has been promoted to vice president as Samantha Siwek is promoted to secretary and treasurer.
In this new role, Pranghofer will be responsible for daily operations, managing staff, driving sales and company initiatives, and joins the ownership group of Dave Siwek and Samantha Siwek.
Pranghofer has served in sales and dispatch roles with the company, specifically managing online sales which grew exponentially. He also is credited with streamlining operations, updating equipment, converting delivery fleet to piggybacks on all trucks, and adding technology to deliveries including GPS tracking and photos of all shipments.
Dave Siwek, president of Siwek Lumber, said he is pleased that Pranghofer will use years of experience with the company to better serve its customers.

In another leadership move, the dealer promoted Samantha Siwek to secretary and treasurer of the company.
Samantha will be responsible for administrative duties, oversight of financial information, standardizing procedures, and driving company initiatives. She also joins the ownership group of Dave Siwek and Jason Pranghofer.
Since first joining Siwek Lumber Jordan in 2017, Samantha has served as the customer service liaison, administrative assistant, and data entry. Specifically, she managed administrative accounts, data entry, and sales.
Dave Siwek noted that he is pleased to give his daughter a chance to use her years of experience with the organization to better serve their customers.
“This year, 2023 marks our 90th year in business and the Siwek passion for this industry runs in her veins,” he said. “As the fourth generation of Siweks move into ownership, Samantha will play a key role in the organization’s future and continue to provide our customers with the high-quality products and services they’ve come to expect from us.”
